Expected Timeframe for VPS Provisioning

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the provisioning timeframe for a VPS following purchase.

  • Linux VPS: Typically, a Linux VPS will be provisioned within 5-10 minutes after purchase.
  • Windows VPS: Due to the additional setup requirements, Windows VPS provisioning can take up to 2 hours.

Please allow for these times to ensure your VPS is set up correctly. If you have selected optional software installations such as cPanel, DirectAdmin, or Odoo, please refrain from restarting or shutting down your VPS during the installation process, as this can extend the setup time.
